Serenity Gardens Assisted Living is licensed by the State of Maryland and is owned and operated by Medical and Scientific Professionals with over fifteen years of experience in healthcare. A Nurse Practitioner is on call 24hrs. We have beautiful 6 locations to choose from. Each of them are nestled in tranquil settings with a home away from home environment with care unmatched by any institutionalized type of environment. Our Potomac Home on Bit & Spur Lane is centrally located next to the Village, near the most prestigious shopping areas, restaurants, cafes, and grocery stores. This home is located 15 minutes from Bethesda, Rockville, Olney, Brookeville, Chevy Chase, Kensington, NW DC, Northern Virginia, and the Nation’s Capital. With over 8,000 square foot of living space, our Assisted Living Group Homes in Montgomery County, Maryland have different floor plans to cater to an individual’s unique needs. Residents who require more space may opt for private living areas and a private bathroom. Others may desire a fireplace or deck. Residents also enjoy amenities such as a theater room, sunroom, and entertainment room.

Transportation is provided through luxury transportation to any scheduled medical appointments or family visits. As part of promoting better outcomes for Residential Long Term Care, we encourage family members to remain engaged in the residents’ daily routines, therefore, family members can communicate at their leisure through video conference (Skype).

At Serenity Gardens Assisted Living, our residents receive individualized attention according to their level of care. We also encourage our residents to maintain independent living skills as well as interaction with each other and participation in entertainment and activities. Residents have the pleasure of dining together for three nutritious home-cooked meals. Wholesome snacks are also provided. Personal assistance is offered to our residents on a 24-hr basis when needed. Medications are fully supervised, administered and ordered. Here, we practice resident centered care, as no two people are alike.
